This website and all sessions, products and tours listed on it are operated by doneekh, an independent photographer and videographer based in London, working also in Samarkand and Tashkent.

By booking a session, buying a product or joining a tour, you accept these terms.

A booking is confirmed once payment (or the stated deposit) is received and you have a confirmation email with the date and time.

Prices are shown in GBP and include any add-ons you selected at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; card details are never stored on this site.

Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start time, subject to availability.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may be charged in full to cover the reserved time.

Author tours have their own timeline: deposits are non-refundable once a departure is confirmed, and the balance is refundable according to the schedule shown on the tour page.

If I have to cancel for weather, illness or any reason on my side, you receive a full refund or a new date, your choice.

Edited photographs are normally delivered within 3–7 working days, films within 7–21 working days, depending on scope.

Files are delivered digitally through a private gallery or download link that stays live for at least 60 days.

RAW or unedited files are not part of standard delivery and may be requested separately.

Copyright in all images and films remains with doneekh.

You receive a licence to use the delivered files for your own personal or business purposes, including social media and marketing, without resale to third parties.

I may show work in the portfolio, on social media and in advertising unless you ask in writing for your project to stay private.

Products in the shop are subject to availability. If an item cannot be supplied, you are refunded in full.

Where applicable, you may return an unused product within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.

Tour prices cover only what is listed as included on the tour page. Flights, visas and travel insurance are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Itineraries are a plan, not a promise: weather, safety and local conditions can require changes on the ground.

Valid travel insurance is required for every traveller.

Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session, product or tour concerned.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published at the time of your booking applies.
