The person behind the camera.

I started out as a mobile videographer and web/game developer, and in 2023 I co-founded Learmara, a small hotel in Samarkand. In February 2024 I bought my first real camera, a Sony A7S III, and two months later I ran my first group tour. That one trip turned into fifty more within a year.

By April 2025 I'd founded a small travel community, and by July that year it had grown into something bigger. I rebranded it as 1stepoutside and ran 30+ tours in three months. I finished my bachelor's at WIUT that September, then moved to London to start a master's in hospitality.

London didn't slow things down. I picked up a drone, flew it for the first time in Bethnal Green, and a few months later went home to rebuild 1stepoutside with a proper team. 20+ tours organised since. Along the way I built the websites for both Learmara and 1stepoutside.

Now I'm building this one, and it's the start of something new. This site is where I'm bringing together my own work: photography and film on my own terms, a YouTube project I'm building from the ground up, and author tours I'll be running myself, built on the experience of guiding 70+ tours since 2024. It's the next step, not the finished product, and I'd rather build it in the open than wait until it's perfect.

Every project here runs through me, start to finish. No handoffs, no middlemen. I bring professional camera gear, a full video rig, and a licensed drone, but the kit is only half the job. I listen first, then I shoot. That's why the work comes out honest and cinematic instead of staged.
