Contact details you give me: name, email, phone number and any message you send through the contact or booking forms.

Booking details: session type, date, location, add-ons and notes.

Order details: what you bought and the delivery address where relevant.

Basic technical data: pages visited and device type, used only to keep the site working well.

To answer your enquiry, plan and deliver your session, tour or order, and to send confirmations and reminders.

To keep records required for accounting and tax.

To send occasional updates only if you asked for them. You can opt out at any time.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Card numbers never reach this website and are not stored by me.

Stripe processes your payment data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

Service providers that make the site work: hosting and database, email delivery, Stripe for payments, and calendar software used to manage bookings.

Your data is never sold or rented to anyone.

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Booking and order records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes.

Delivered galleries stay online for the period stated at delivery, then are archived or deleted on request.

Images from your session may appear in the portfolio, on social media or in advertising. If you prefer your images to stay private, tell me in writing and they will not be published.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, or object to certain uses.

Write to me and I will respond within 30 days.

This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember your booking progress. No advertising trackers are used.
